Version 1.3: Advanced Character Creator Launch

First, I'd like to thank everyone who used, tried, and helped test the App.

It's been a long time coming, mostly because there are times it's hard for me to find the motivation to burn hours sorting errors and staring at code. But you guys all put the wind in my sails.

1.3 is the big, and potentially last (Major) update. Minor updates and additions will almost certainly come as they are requested, but I kind of feel like the Ez Bot Creator is, functionally, feature complete. And it's nice to have that weight off of my shoulders. Originally, I had planned to also add a Chat Example formatting section, but that fell through and requires far more coding/writing than Im currently willing to put into it. It might come in the future, but it's difficult to say. 

But, again, thank you to everyone who tried, used, and continues to try and use it.
